A very obscure character that confronted Blackwulf and Captain Marvel, he is an agent of the Celestials that battles beings that have abused of their powers (he should be appearing constantly by that description lol). Nevertheless, a character with a very interesting design. Made with a wrestling deluxe, epoxied his head, and painted various coats of white and then yellow to achieve a decent colour. Also used yellow foamy for shoulder pads and waist pads.
