Thalos Mummies Alive! Jason & Argonauts custom Talos
Here is Thalos, a character that appeared in 2 or 3 episodes of the Mummies Alive! 90s cartoon. It is also very similar to the character appearing in the vintage film Jason & the Argonauts.
