 Here is Wave, rather recent superheroine. Made over a Madame Hydra which is quite perfect for the job at hand. Most complex was doing her weird swords.

Silver Scorpion (Marvel Legends) Custom Action Figure

 Here is the Silver Scorpion, in her 90s costume. A very cool character really, much better than her first costume that was hardly silver, nor scorpionish. Done with a Jocasta to avoid paint rub basically.
