This is Phaeton, captain of the Palace Guards in the Saint Seiya anime series. He is a mysterious character that appears in various episodes at the start of the series, and banishes never to be seen again. He only appears in the anime series. He has a different style and character that makes him very unique, and deserving of a good custom. He seems a sort of evil noble of the Sanctuary.
I made this custom over a Thor figure, with much sculpting and modification involved as you can imagine. I chose specially the Thor figure to get a nearly 100 % paint rub less figure.
The most complicated thing about this custom was the painting of the designs on boots and gauntlets, that took me hours.
