Here is Dusty Hayes, one of the members from MASK. Made in GI Joe 25th
style over a Cobra commander. Sculpted the helmet, then casted it, so it
can go off and on nicely. This is a cartoon version, and tried to do
his head as cartoony as possible.
Cobra commander was just the best base figure there is, as the blue colour is just spot on, I didn't have to repaint it.
