Jolt (G.I. Joe) Custom Action Figure

Here is Jolt, specialist in electronic warfare. With a very ARAH GI Joe style, possibly my favourite of the unproduced figures. It was quite complicated to sculpt all the thunders in him, and to do the removable helmet.
