Hound Dog (G.I. Joe) Custom Action Figure

Here is Hound Dog, yet another unproduced character from COPS n Crooks (I put GI Joe in collection as is the closest thing). Most complicated was doing his strange harness weapon with molten plastic, and his removable helmet.
