This is Belenguer, another knight of the Zodiac appearing just in one movie (OVA). It has quite a different design from others. This in particular was very very complicated, as the real cloth toga had to be removable, as the character in the movie, and so removable armour pieces and belt had to be made. I wasn't very adroit at the time, and was stuck with it trying to get it right for days.
