Boosted Gear, from the manga-anime High School DXD. This is my latest finished custom happily received by it's new owner. I was asked to do this very complex character. I did a long research, and found that the Berserk figure from SH Figuarts recently released was the best base for the job, more over he already had a manga-anime vibe to it. I got rid of all the extra bits, made basic parts of molten plastic, wings out of outdoors DIY rigid hard clear plastic, and then epoxy sculpting all over, and whiskers from a Shiryu from saint seiya myth cloth. Tail obtained from a Radamanthys figure, adequately modified. Wings are removable, and it features a good few removable hands. Wings are massively heavy, and was challenging to make him stand upright with such weight. Now I need to see sometime the anime or manga, as I have grown curious of it :). 5th pic shows last minute minor modification making his inner robe more maroon.
