This is Sledor, another early preproduction MOTU concept. Coincidentally, I had a custom of him made by another customizer, so I was quite familiar with the character. Most tricky was to make the missiles and missile launcher extensions, to which I took some inspiration from the custom I had from Shinigami PL if I remember correctly.
In my opinion, Sledor is probably the best concept out of the 10 or so there are.
