Owen Mercer The Boomerang II DC Legends custom action figure multiverse

Here is Owen Mercer, Boomerang II! he only had a DC Direct figure made, and a quite strange one, not very poseable and nearly larger than 6", much to the style of just Identity Crisis, not the usual appearance of him. Anyway, I chose a Longshot as I thought was the best base figure, having a tight jacket and being multiposeable.
