Hagen of Merak Beta Repaint improve Myth Cloth custom Saint Seiya ベータ星メラクのハーゲン EX

When I had in hand the Myth Cloth Hagen Merak figure, I saw it wasn't what I was expecting. Normally the Myth are either flawless or very good, except the first figures they made. But this figure, although it was made after many great figures, had some important defects, defects that weren't permissible in a figure that has this value and with the quality of this line.

So, with some tweaks I tried to lift it up to standard.

This is how it was;

AND HERE WITH THE MODIFICATIONS;

I repainted his face, giving him the correct tone of flesh, before it was too pale. I repainted the eyes, and I repainted the armour to make it red instead of pink. And I repainted the eyes of the mask. And I took the small wings of the feet and glued them directly to the leg protection to prevent the tube effect of the original figure that spoils it.

Abel アベル Apolo Saint Seiya Custom by Argenta 2008 customs

This is a old custom I didnt post before due to lack of time. Here is Abel, the main villain in one of Saint Seiya Knights of the Zodiac OVAS. He more or less should be Apolo, but due to the author not authorizing Toei to use the character, they invented a different god, with very similar powers and name. 

In the OVA, he doesn't wear armour, but I've followed a fanart to make him more interesting.

Albiore Cepheus Myth Cloth custom ケフェウス星座のアルビオレ saint seiya

Hiya all, today I present you Albiore of Cepheus, the master/trainer of Andromeda Shun in the Andromeda Island. He is one of the most powerful silver knights, that fought to a standstill Scorpio and was back stabbed by the gold knight of Pisces. I have made it over a Geminis Myth Cloth, with various parts of armour of other figures.

I show you a image of how he is, so you can get an idea (in the cartoon, the blue was more silvery, and the chain wasn't pink, it was silver, as I have made it the custom). The last pic is before painting.

Thetys Mermaid テテュス Saint Seiya Myth Cloth custom figure

BEFORE PAINTING;

Here it is Thetys Mermaid, one of the importants characters of the series that haven't received an official figure yet. This was a very complicated custom, with insane amounts of sculpting involved. The shoulders pads are glued on the shoulder articulation, which allows her to move the arm 180 º.

Base figure Shun Hades, Shiryu feet, Mime hands, Afrodita casted head, Kraken & Mu hair.

Dohko Libra Broken version Myth Cloth Saint Seiya 童虎 聖闘士星矢

Here it is the golden saint of Libra, Dohko. This customs represents Dohko at the end of the war against Hades, when alongside Shion was the only survivor of the war. 

I have resculpted some pieces, and others have just been brokened up to represent heavy damage. I've also painted some blood and scratches here and there.

Mitsumasa Kido 城戸光政 Saint Seiya Myth Cloth custom

Here it is Mitsumasa Kido, japanese businessman, the adoptive father of Saori Kido (the reincarnation of the Goddess Athena).

For those who haven't seen the anime series of Knights of the Zodiac, Kido is one of the important characters  in the series. Normally he is seen in kendo clothes, but when he was in greece he was wearing a suit.

The base figure is Sandman DCUC (seriously the best figure in suit there is in 6 inches), with Kamandi head and LOTR hands.

Dr. Asamori Hakase 麻森博士 Saint Seiya custom

Here is Dr Asamori Hakase, the creator of the Steel Saint's mechanical Cloths, under commision by Mitsumasa Kido. He has been made over a Dracula base figure with Legolas head and hands.

Okko 王虎 Saint Seiya Myth Cloth custom

Here is Okko, rival of Shiryu for obtaining the Dragon armour. The difficult part of this custom was finding the right base figure and sculpting the hair.

Docrates ドクラテス 8 inch version Saint Seiya Myth Cloth Custom

Here it is my second version of Docrates, knight of the Hydra, this time a more easy to handle 8 inch version. This has been a tough job of sculpting as all the armour and the head had to be sculpted from scratch.

One of the most cool looking knights of the zodiac, and the only villain who had to be defeated with a combined attack of all the starring character.

Giganto of Cyclops Myth Cloth Saint Seiya custom サイクロプスのギガント v2

Here I show Giganto of Cyclops, one of the Specters that serve Hades. It is one of the characters with better design of the Hades Chapter in Knights of the Zodiac (nearly the only one that isn't black).

This is my improved version, as it was one of the first Saint Seiya customs I made.

Base figure Bear Geki with Libra shoulder pad, all the rest tons of sculpting material.

Here is the custom of Felis Yami, knight of the constellation of the Cat. It is a fanart made by Deviantart member yami11, made over a X-23 figure.
