This is Leo Faker, Faker as it was released in India. It has several light variations, such as Skeletor's extra armour and havoc staff, darker colours all around and a mysterious eyemask. These have become crazy rare, as most of them were destroyed when Mattel finished their contract with Leo Toys in India, so hence the need for a custom.
The most complicated part of this custom was casting the pieces in orange. I applied numerous coats of varnish to get a plastic feel.
