Heatwave (DC Multiverse) Custom Action Figure

Here is Heatwave, famous enemy of the Flash. A character that just recently got an action figure, but very far off his usual looks. I was asked to do this custom, but the man had unexpected financial troubles on the way, so the custom got stalled and just recently I finished it to auction it. I used a modern ML buck that was halfway to become a White tiger custom, and used a Dr.Midnite head, weapon based on MOTUC Zodac modified.
