Fear-O MOTU Vintage concept pre-production custom figure Masters of the Universe He-Man Evil Horde

This is an old custom I never got round to post; Fear-O, as the preproduction character that Mattel never released. I used a head of a childhood mummy figure I had, which the body got lost, and it works wonderfully, as his original body was kind of smallish. The bandages are made with white plummer's tape. Last picture shows before bandages and painting.

Warduke v2 MOTUC Custom

Here is my latest custom, MOTU Classics Warduke. Dungeons & Dragons is a line with lots of potential that hasn't received modern figure treatment. Possibly the best of the line, this is Warduke, in full MOTUC style.

I did another version of him a few years ago, but now I have much improved, using a flesh tone body, and my increased skills in all aspects of customizing since then.
Hope you like him.

MOTUC Queen Teela Motu Classics

Here is Queen Teela. I wanted to make a MOTUC custom to use some of the spare packaging I had lying around, and thought that it would be a good idea, knowing there are so many "King He-Mans", I thought it was about time of a Queen Teela. A bit of a cross between Marlena, Sorceress and Teela herself.

This is the bio I have come up with;

After the death of King Randor in order to stop Horde Prime from entering Eternia and conquering the whole Eternian dimension, Queen Marlena stepped down and gave the crown to Prince Adam, which, after having defeated Skeletor, declared himself to Teela and revealed his secret identity. After the disappearance of the Sorceress, Teela became the new Sorceress, and so, both king and queen fight against evil in their secret identities.

Let me know any comments and impressions you might have, I'd love to read them.

Melf Peralay Advanced Dungeons and Dragons Masters of the Universe Classics MOTUC custom figure

Here is Melf (Peralay was his original name, it was changed for the toy) in MOTUC Style. Made over a Demo Man MOTUC (the only MOTUC I know without high boots). Although he was a skinny character, there isn't a skinny MOTUC yet, so let's say he has done a bit of weight-lifting.

Head - Deluxe Aggression
Body - Demo Man
Deadman cowl
Dr Midnite cloak
LOTR bow, arrow and arrow-case
Batman pre DCUC shield modified

Elkhorn Advanced Dungeons and Dragons Masters of the Universe Classics MOTUC custom figure

Here is Elkhorn, another of my line of customs based on the vintage line of Dungeons and Dragons in MOTUC Style. This time, although he is a dwarf, the friend for I made it wanted specifically a MOTUC, so he has grown up to be a proud viking :) .

Mer-Man two pack body
Deluxe Aggression head
Demo Man hands
Myth Cloth stand for shield modified
Ares sword

Ice Sorceror Masters of the Universe 200X Classics MOTUC custom

From the cold heights of Eternia, comes the Ice Sorceror! an alien being who arrived long ago to the planet, seeking the magical knowledge of Eternia, specifically, the Ice Book of Spells, a book written by the Council of Elders and hidden in the frozen mountains where the Kulataks dwell.

He's found it now, and his next step is to enter Castle Grayskull so he can decipher the forbidden spells in the book!

This is a character created by myself many years ago, when I didn't have customizing knowledge, and now I have given him a good representation in action figure form.

Recipe;

Dr Midnite body
Hal Jordan and Deadman hands
Alan Scott lower legs
Ice He-Man Shoulder pad

The book of Ice Spells is made out of transparent plastic, printed paper and cloth thread. The cover is hand painted.

Warduke AD&D Advanced Dungeons and Dragons MOTUC Motu Classics custom by Argenta

Here it is Warduke, of AD&D, in Motu Classics style. He is a character of the vintage 80s toyline, which I have updated to the MOTUC style, over a Snout Spout figure. Head made from scratch with magic sculp, sculpted shield over a champagne glass plastic feet, LOTR sword, and a loin cloth from another MOTUC.

For this custom I have made also the box and bio.

Bog Dog MOTU Iceman custom

Here is Bog-Dog, a character fan made by IceMan, made over a Wrestling deluxe figure, with Beast head, modified to look like a wolf instead of a cat (in the original fanart, he was more like a bulldog, but I adapted it). The chain is from naval modelism and the bone is 100 % sculpting.

Frightorb MOTU Masters of the Universe vintage

Here it is Frightorb, a evil comet warrior, inspired by a fanart made by Monikasvo. I already had the idea of saving all the Stonedars and Rokkons that I get in lots to make them into different rock people, and with this fanart I save the work of designing my own rock people!

Recipe;

Headless Stonedar (head made from scratch)
Unknown 90s toy weapon
